Re-Align Lab Privacy Policy

Re-Align Lab LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of our mobile application, Re-Align Lab (the “App”).

Data Handling

Local Data (Private to You)

Your personal content, including check-ins, experiments, notes, and other notes and reflections, are stored on your device. We do not store or transmit this data to our servers.

This also means we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We believe your data belongs to you.

Data Backups (Cloud Storage)

You may optionally back up your data directly to iCloud (iOS only) or Google Drive (either iOS or Android), in which case it is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms.

Re-Align Lab does not require user accounts or personal login information. However, if you choose to enable cloud backup to Google Drive, we request permission to access your Google account name and email through Google’s authentication system (OAuth). This is used only to authorize access to your chosen backup destination and is not stored, tracked, or linked to your app content.

Diagnostic & Usage Data (Anonymized)

To improve app stability and experience, we collect the following anonymized information:

• Crash logs and technical errors via Sentry
• Feature usage and interaction patterns via Smartlook

This data does not include user-provided content or personally identifying information. Diagnostic data collected through third parties is anonymized and retained only as long as needed to improve app functionality and stability.

Data Security

We rely on the built-in security features of your device (such as screen lock, Face ID, or OS-level encryption) to protect your locally stored data. Re-Align Lab does not transmit or store personal content on external servers.

Data Deletion

You are fully in control of your data. At any time, you can:

• Delete all your app data directly from within the app's Settings section
• Uninstall the app, which will remove all locally stored data unless you have separately backed it up to your own iCloud or Google Drive account.

We do not have access to your content, so we cannot recover deleted data.

Regional and Age-Based Privacy Rights

Re-Align Lab is available globally, and we are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws in the regions where our users live, including:

• California (California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA/CPRA)
• Canada (PIPEDA)
• Australia (Australian Privacy Principles - APPs)
• United States (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act - COPPA)

If you believe a child under 13 has used Re-Align Lab without appropriate parental consent, please note that we do not store personal data on our servers and cannot access or delete any user data remotely. However, we encourage parents or guardians to delete the app from the device or use in-app data deletion features to remove any locally stored information.

If you are a resident of a country or region with specific privacy rights, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Because Re-Align Lab stores all personal content locally on your device, most of these rights can be exercised directly within the app.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage non-beta subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

When you subscribe to Re-Align Lab, RevenueCat processes limited purchase-related data (such as the product type, transaction date, and subscription status) in order to verify your access to paid features.

FeatureBase

We use FeatureBase to collect and manage user feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and customer support inquiries.

Users may submit feedback anonymously.

If you choose to sign up for a FeatureBase account to receive notifications or manage your submissions, FeatureBase will collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide. This information is processed by FeatureBase according to their own privacy policy and is not stored or controlled by Re-Align Lab LLC.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app, our website, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
